What is it about?

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is confidential, structured, and action-oriented.

How does it work

  • Individual paths of 4 to 10 sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Online or in-person sessions
  • Shared goal definition among coachee, company, and coach (with possible periodic reporting)
  • Confidentiality of conversations respected according to ICF standards
  • Possibility of corporate packages for multiple people or targeted programs (e.g., “Coaching for New Managers”)

Coaching in companies can be funded

These interventions can be funded through interprofessional funds (e.g., Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fondir, etc.).
I can collaborate with your consultants or support you with project documentation and reporting, if required.
